Arrived at Apple Chevy early afternoon with problem with my Equinox. Was greeted by a service writer. Explained problem and he took down the information of the problem. Asked him if I could wait for the vehicle and how long ? Within a half hour it was diagnosed. My work order was then given to the service writer that usually takes care of me when i come in for service. Both kept me informed as my vehicle was being serviced. Thanks to both of them for their help.

I brought my ZO6 in for a check engine light, ended up needing a new transmission. Had to leave my corvette there. They promised they would bring it in every night. I have car tracker on my phone and I can prove they did not. Once the vehicle was finished (about 2 weeks) I went to pick it up, and it was in the lot, UNLOCKED!!! It was not in the condition that I brought it in. It was filthy. Service writer said they would hand wash, they did not. I had things in my car that went missing. I cannot believe they left my car outside, unlocked!!! I picked up on a Saturday morning and John was very nice and apologetic and said he would let management know. I am still waiting for a call from them. Cynthia (my service writer) gave me a quote for some work on my other corvette and when I brought it in she tried charging me higher than the quote. She was rather rude to me when I told her about it, and had to get someone to help reverse the charges. Highly disappointed in the way my vehicle was handled. This car could have been stolen sitting out unlocked. I was very close to calling Chevy corporate on this . I own 2 vettes and a Malibu, so I am a Chevy person. Would like some contact.

Well, my air conditioner was low on Freon. It’s been in our four or five times for this and Jeff hir said there won’t be no charge. He put notes on my account For testing it out $189 to tell me it was low on Freon and they had to vacuum it $545 later they won’t stand behind Jeff’s notes on my account. Which it was wrong now they tell me the leak is probably under the dash since they couldn’t find it but there’s no guarantees.

Sales = perfect, Lou was great to work with and communicated well for over a month as I was waiting on this truck to come in. I kept his card in hopes to business with him again in the future or use him as a reference for anyone I know that is in need of a vehicle. Finance = slow, I waited like 2 hours to get in with finance, and then it took almost an hour with them. It shouldn't take that long to wait and go through the material. Got in the room with finance and the numbers didn't line up to the sale bill that i signed off on immediately setting the wrong tone of the meeting. The parking lot I felt like could use a little work. The showroom and sales are felt cluttered and packed. Almost like the company was trying to fit too much into a small place. Overall near great experience, couple things that could be looked at to make it perfect.

Everything was great! From my service representative Adam Hellman, to my service technician Daniel Plowman, there was not one single issue. When I called to schedule my service appointment, the phone was picked up on the second ring. I can see there's been some changes. They are being executed perfectly.
