Paul Said: As usual, it's all because of the friendliness of your associates, we now own three Apple Chevrolet vehicles.Jeannette and Patrick were wonderful in telling us all about and showing us the "used Volt" you had in stock. We basically "bought it" on the same day we had come in for service on another vehicle (October 31, a Saturday, the end of the month).I arrived alone early, seated at my usual spot, the old "Saturn Round Table" in front of Chet Polumbo's office.Jeannette (Jenny) was walking to her meeting and I said to her, "Do you have any used Volts?" (Chet overheard me--he told me later--he was probably already figuring %'s for our contract.) She said there was one on the lot. I drove it and it was JUST what my son (age 21) was looking for--a sharp car that was environmental friendly with a price that was also attractive. She explained some details but was more comfortable handing us (myself and my son, whom I had brought back for his own test drive) to Patrick, who was your "In House Volt Expert". We "signed up" that day after Patrick had prepared the financing request. It was also handy to get my son on as a co-owner with me so he could start building up his credit rating. We took delivery on Monday. Jenny was off that day, but let Patrick do the "delivery". I consider them both my "sales associates", and will go to Jenny 1st, when my 17 yr. old daughter finally gets her car (Maybe a Spark), or Patrick if it's a Volt.And, of course, it's always Chet for the financing. (Is 4.49% over 60 months-Small payments--good for that car and my son's situation?--I think so.) Thanks guys!! ("Guys"=Jenny, Patrick and Chet.)
