John Says: Purchased a 2013 Equinox LS (CERTIFIED..which comes with additional 12,000 mile/12 months warranty) in October.Didn't want all the bells n whistles, so got the base model.I just need comfortable transportation to and from work as I travel 300+ miles per week.Now - after driving the Equinox 1,000 miles - I know I made a good choice.The vehicle is quiet and comfortable over our brutal Illinois roads...and gets great gas mileage for a SUV.(24-25 mpg combined)The day I bought the vehicle,I walked around the Apple lot looking at Equinox's... and met (salesman) Bill Spittal.He offered more information about the Equinox than I even asked for.Very knowledgeable.No pressure.He was very patient with me as I asked to test drive a couple different Equinox's.After I decided on the car I wanted , the people I dealt with inside ( Paul, the Sales Manager was great) were all low-key, good people.I have never been in and out of a "finance room" so quickly .No pressure ..no fuss.I loved my Apple experience and will probably be back when my girls are ready to buy a car. Do yourself a favor and ask for Bill Spittal if you plan on shopping for a new or used car .You won't regret it. 11/27/15
