Ed - Terry Livigne has been an oustanding sales professional that we have known since we bought our first Chevy in 2003. Last week, we gave him a call, told him what we were looking for in an Equinox and when we would be in. Terry had the model sitting outside the front door when we got there. He had another car brought out for a second test drive as well. wW told him the options we wanted, and 2 days later, our new car with the options we wanted was in: cleaned, prep'd and waiting for us.
The sales process took less than 1/2, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Randy Ramus went through the paper work with us in a very friendly and informative way and also made this a pleasurable experience. Terry called me a few days later to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. There was no pressure - no sales pitch - just straight from the hip facts and information.
I HIGHLY recommend Apple Cheverolet - my family and friends have purchased numerous cars from Apple over the years- it will remain the only Cehevy dealership will will go to! They are more than a car dealer, they become your friend! We highly recommend Apple Chevrolet!

Amanda R. - I was on a search for a used SUV because my children and I grew out of our previous car. I was dealing with a friends dad who was a salesmen at a dealer down the street from Apple, thinking that a friends dad was going to give me good advice, be honest, stay in my price range, and not push me into something I was not interested in, I came to the conclusion that he did all of the above. At this point I thought it was hopeless, that every car salesmen would act this way exspecially if someone I knew did.
I live a few blocks of the 159th stip of car lots so I thought I will just try them all one by one. I was cautiously buying this SUV because I had been there and paid off 2 cars already and both of those I rushed into. My first stop on the strip was Apple Chevrolet. after walking around for a few minutes I was approached by a salesmen by the name of Terry Lavigne, I thought "here we go again" BUT it wasnt like that at all, he was not pushy, he showed me exactly what was in my price range, and there was no pressure all, he was honest and sooo helpful... because my children and I grew out of our previous car.
I didnt buy that evening, infact I went to every other car lot down 159th within the next week and test drove a variety of used SUV's, and almost every salesmen was pushy or dishonest, one at the Toyota dealer next door even lied about a price to get me to test drive the SUV, then when I fell in love with it he jacked the price up almost 4 grand from what he had originally told me it was. At this point I was burned out, my friends dad was calling me on a daily basis still trying to push me into something I couldnt afford, to the point where I almost did.
Then one morning I recieved a courtesy call from Terry, just saying "Hey, why dont you come take another look?" So I told my husband lets go back to Apple, Terry is the only salesmen that hasn't pressured us and has been honest with us. So we did, that evening we test drove an 08 Chevy Equinox that we loved, it was about a little out of our price range but after all the interest we showed Apple was happy to have our business and we were able to make a deal that was in our price range, and again, no pressure, Terry said go home, sleep on it. That we did and after taking it the next day for an hour or so, I came to the conclusion that this was it!!
It was an easy, smooth buying process with an honest, patient salesmen and a great dealership. I would reccomend Apple Chevrolet to anyone and I will Defenatly return there for my next purchase. Oh and best of all, we notice a small crack in the windshield, immediatly we thought well there is a 300$ price increase, no way, Apple replaced it right away no questions asked, not just with a resin either, a brand new windshield. GO see Terry Lavigne, he was wonderful!
