LOU VILARUBIA is the best salesman around. he is not pushy and does all he can to make the customer happy. i absolutely love him and his positive, bubbly personality! the service man JESUS HERNANDEZ was also an absolute sweetheart and i had a blast there with the guys. sent my husband, my father, and my sister there and they all love their chevys and LOU VILARUBIA!

I buy cars about every two years and this is my first car "Chevy Equinox" from Apple Chevrolet and the experience from the time I walked into the showroom was second to none. Starting with my salesman Lou who never made me feel pressured to buy a car from them, but rather tried to help me determine if the car was the right fit for me (I will come back to Lou in a minute).
On too Andrew, the young sales manager. Andrew was unbelievably accomadating to me from the get go. I told him where I needed to be price wise and knew it would be a stretch for him to meet. Well not only did Andrew meet my price, he exceeded it. Andrew was unbeliebably accomadating, giving me his personal cell phone number to stay in touch with him with any questions I might have about buying the car before I actually purchased it... a classy young man that Apple & Chevy should be proud to have on their team.
Now back to Lou...In the past 25 yrs (I'm 46) I've purchase over 15 new new cars and I've never had a sales person treat myself and wife and family with the respect Lou did. Lou took 45 mintutes after the dealer closed at 9:00PM on his own time to explicitly show us all the neat tricks to the features on the car. In closing, there's nothing that could have ever made my experience working with these two gentlemen any better. Kudos to Apple!!! Thank you... One final thing - Great service department (yes, we received the grand tour)...Apple will give you loaner car with no hassles whenever your car is in for service.

by Jacqueline Nicole - I JUST got surprised with my Chevy Sonic on Saturday for a College Graduation gift! Lou Villarrubia and John Alpheravich (Alfirevich, Dealer) were exceptionally helpful in explaining options for different cars to me. I went to look at the Chevy Cruz and ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would. Lou brought me over to see the Sonic based on what I was saying and I fell in love with it! I am so happy with their service!

With so many cars on the market to choose from, it came down to the very professional and friendly service we got from Lou Villarrubia at Apple... and a very nice product in the Chevy Equinox. He let us take our time with the process, was very knowledgable about the car and got us exactly what we were looking for. by Colleen  - I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado from Lou Villarrubia last week and was very impressed with the no nonsense initial low price I received without having to play the negotiation game back and forth. Was given a price lower than any other dealership including Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook which always seems to offer the lowest prices online but when you call, you do not qualify for that price. Lou and the people at Apple were extremely fast in the process. Instead of sitting there for 4 hours which I have always had to do, I was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Best experience buying a vehicle I ever had.

jdoran1967 - We spent a few weeks looking for a new truck. Had originally decided on a truck at Phillips, at the last minute my husband decided to look at Apple and am so glad we did. My husband went there and Lou V (Villarrubia) was the salesman who helped my husband. He explained to him what he was looking for and they had a truck on the lot that had more options then the one we were looking at by Phillips. Lou told him he would put together the prices and be back in touch the next day.
Well 48 hours later we are the owners of a new Chevy Silverado 2500HD which is fully loaded. Lou was fantastic he worked diligently with Chet the Finance Manager to find us every possible rate and incentive possible. They looked at all the finance options available and found us one that worked for us. So, not only did we get a better deal from them on the truck but we also purchased a truck with more options for less money. Can not thank them enough for all their hard work! WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM!

rfranzese - My over all experience with Apple Chevy was very good. The people there especially Lou Villarrubia work with you to find the vehicle that you want or like. They also do not put any pressure on to buy a vehicle from them unlike some other dealerships and salespeople. I do recommend that people visit this dealership if they are in the market to buy a Chevy.
