mecanic427r - I walked into Apple looking for a smaller car as my truck was using to much gas. Was able to walk out 2 pain free hours later after working with Jeff Dignan. Very easy process I told him what I wanted and he came back with a very close match I spent 15 minutes signing the paper work with Chet Palumbo then Jeff gave me a run down of all the cars buttons made sure I was comfortable and I drove out. No hard sell tactics or back and forth I have to check with my manager bs. A truely great experiance.
